Who are we?
Islamic Malay Australian Association of NSW (IMAAN) is a non profit organisation serving the Malay Muslim community and wider Sydney Muslim community. As caretakers for the Masjid Darul Imaan at Wolli Creek, Sydney Australia. IMAAN strives to provide services and guidance to the Muslim community as well as the wider Australian community.
The Masjid Darul Imaan conduct the five daily prayers and Friday Prayer at 1:10pm the same time all year round.. IMAAN also has a weekend school for the Islamic education and training for children at all levels as well as adults with various classes also held during the week. Membership is open and all people from the community. You are invited to join us in helping us spread the knowledge and awareness of Islam and remove the misconception some people hold.

Imaan aims to provide a focal point at Masjid Darul Imaan, of enlightenment of the Quran and Sunnah for its members and those of the greater Australian Muslim community and wider community. In order to enhance understanding and allay the many misconceptions about Islam. Our mission is to encourage people of all ages and ethnic groups to learn and develop their knowledge of Islam, to bridge the gap between the communities by providing the necessary resources.
We are committed to da’wah based on the fundamental truth that Allah (swt) is the source of all guidance, we pray that our endeavours are accepted, Insha Allah. We work to enhance and improve the respect and cultivate our identity in the community with special consideration for the cultural diversity in Australia. We seek to improve and develop the skills and well being of our members and our programs to benefit the wider community.
Our qualified teachers can offer classes of a variety of topics such as Dawah, Quran, Islamic Fiqh and more.
Our community is ever-growing, so we need to cater. We have many activities for kids and adults.
Our masjid is open for the 5 daily prayers. Open for both Muslim and Non-Muslim to find out more about Islam.
With the ever-growing Muslim youth, we need a facility that can cater and have a wonderful environment. That is what we can offer.
The Masjid is not just for the youth, our community brotherhood is strong and our leaders are here to assist with any enquiries.
